What is included in the price of wall rentals?

The rental of the hedgewall/champagne wall/whiskey wall includes set-up and breakdown for the duration of your event. Custom paper flowers in the colors of your choice with accent leaves are also included in the price.

Is glassware and beverages included in the rental price?

We currently do not offer glassware or beverages. This will need to be coordinated with your caterer/venue.

Is there an additional charge for set-up involving stairs?

There is a $40 upcharge if an elevator is inaccessible for set-up that is not on the main level.

Do you issue refunds for the deposit paid?

All deposits are non-refunadable. A 50% deposit must be made to book the date of the event.

Do you travel outside the Greater New Orleans area?

Yes, a mileage fee is charged on all deliveries outside of the Greater New Orleans area. Any Parking/Garage fees incurred during delivery will be billed to the client in the final invoice. The mileage fee will be calculated based on the standard mileage rate reported by the IRS for the current year.

Do you offer shipping?

Shipping is available to all 50 states. Taxes and Fees will apply.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

NGD cannot guarantee the courier will handle your package with care. Please contact NGD so that we may re-do your order or issue you a refund.

How do I install my paper flower order on the wall?

Plastic tabs are attached to the flowers and you are able to decide how you would like to hang them on the wall. All nursery decor must be installed at your own risk. Nola Grace Decor does not recommend installing products above sleep dwellings.

How long will my custom order take?

The length of time depends on the product you ordered. Turn around time starts at 2 weeks.
